The app is built to solve particular phenomena in Vietnam. Many people at countryside come to city for better treatment. People are busy but they have acquaintances / family members hospitalized. Many people are unable to receive updates on their treatment process or to update their symptoms about their health on a daily basis; they must wait until their next appointment to present their process or raise their concerns, which can sometimes be late.
Create a platform allowing people to access to their healthcare service from distances and let them know when they truly need a direct appointment. Functions for updating and discussing with doctor in every time of the day. The ability to store patients’ medical records for easy access and organization, connection between places such as city hospitals and clinics.
